We had already visited a few kitchen designers and visited Long Eaton Appliance Company only to look at appliances. After a quick chat to Ian, who quickly drew up our kitchen design, we felt immediately that we had found the right company.

We could not fault Ian’s enthusiasm, knowledge and patience as he took the time to understand our requirements and budget! The instillation undertaken by Craig was extremely professional and any issues or last minute ideas were immediately addressed.

A NEFF oven with a subtle fault was also replaced with no quibbling.

We are delighted and very proud of the end result.
